The oral history program of the Women’s Memorial Foundation will be discussed with the possibility of local involvement in the project. This project documents the experiences of women and tells their stories of service, sacrifice and achievement and serves as inspiration for others. Collecting the voices of American servicewomen is the first step in refining traditional military history. (more…)
